Chai can have multiple databases open at one time. Tools are executed on the currently selected database.

Gather Related and Tag can tag everything or just Parents and/or Attachments and/or Orphans. Field and Tag Name are user selectable.

Verify Hyperlinks will check the path of the selected field to see if the file or URL is alive or broken. Fields and Tag Names are user selectable.

Tag List shows a selectable listing of the persistent tags for the selected database.

All tools, except for the Load Production Number tool, execute on the current selected database *and* for each record in the current search.


Here we see that there were 0 matches to that persistent tag query. Any tool, except for the Load Production Number tool, will now only run
against 0 records until you select Retrieve All Records.


Retrieve PageCount will give you the total of a user selected field or fields. You can have it calculate by either the sum of two fields or by
using an existing field. You can also elect to have it write the individual page counts to a selected field.


This is the result of the Retrieve PageCount tool. Here we selected to sum the total of the Pages field for all records in the current query. You
don't need to only use this for "Page Counts". This tool will sum the total of any field that can be converted into an number.


Load Production Numbers is the only tool that will execute against all records in the database, regardless of what's in the current query. This tool
is specifically build for loading in production numbers after an Ipro build. Date and Notes are optional.

Assign Records will assist in the assignment of records to reviewers. User can select to assign the all records in the database or by a
persistent tag. Gives the user the option to keep parents and children together when assigning.


Here we've chosen to split the records evenly across the 4 reviewers and we've also elected to keep the parents and children together,
so record groups will be maintained when assigned. Adding and removing users from the list is done by right-clicking and selecting
Create New or Delete Selected.
